1. Certificate Issuance Flight Dispatcher Course

In this Course, Falcon Wings provide to the flight dispatchers the proper academic and theoretical knowledge and information and make them study a variety of subjects including traffic flow, meteorology, weight and balance, fuel, alternate destinations, and operation procedure including flight planning, navigation and communications.

2. Flight Dispatcher Basic Indoctrinations Course

Basic indoctrination ground training for newly hired dispatchers, based on the company manuals and operations specifications that were approved by GACA.

3. Flight Dispatcher Initial Course

The initial training is mandatory training for both crewmembers and dispatchers who are not qualified nor served in the same capacity on another aircraft of the same group.

4. Flight Dispatcher Transition Course

Is a training required for both crewmembers and dispatchers to be qualified on same capacity on another aircraft of the same group.

Is a training required for both crewmembers and dispatchers who are qualified on a particular type of airplane and would like to be able to serve in the same capacity a variation of that airplane.

Extended-range Twin-engine Operation Performance Standards (ETOPS) course helps flight dispatchers learn about ETOPS regulations, performance, certification, and operations.

      12. CRM / DRM

      1. Crew Resource Management (CRM) is the effective use of all available resources for flight crew personnel to assure a safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress and increasing efficiency.
      2. Dispatch Resource Management course (DRM) provides trainees with the tools to prevent incidents and improve dispatch team performance through coordination and communication.
